Regulatory Compliance is fundamental to our industry; fully conversant with cGMP, FDA, EMA, MHRA, ACDP and Home Office requirements our experienced team will help to ensure the delivered facility is not only compliant but that compliance can also be repeated.
We take a pragmatic approach and apply great attention to detail to processes and procedures whilst using our design expertise to carefully coordinate validation activities with construction operations and bring the facility into beneficial use as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Early engagement with the facility users and the quality team is key to successful validation. To aid that process a detailed validation programme will be produced at the outset to manage interfaces and dependencies and provide full visibility to all members of the team.
Validation Services
We carry out a range of validation services to suit the project needs, from VMP and Criticality Assessments to Protocol production, through to OQ execution on site, establishing pressure cascades and carrying out DOP tests, particle counts, clean up rates, smoke visualisation and microbiological testing.
