Our specialist division founding in 2013 is experienced in delivering large‑scale, energy‑efficient retrofit programmes, working in close partnership with local authorities, housing associations and social housing providers.

Our teams have designed and delivered some of Britain’s largest and most successful domestic retrofit programmes, helping partners maximise funding through schemes such as Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) and Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF). Combining deep technical and commercial expertise with hands‑on delivery, we provide end‑to‑end support—from programme design and management through to installation—ensuring projects are efficient, compliant and impactful.

Alongside retrofit delivery, we support households directly through our nationwide Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) service, offering free, practical energy‑saving advice both in person and by phone. Through the installation of low‑carbon solutions including heat pumps and renewable heating systems, we help reduce energy demand, cut household costs and contribute meaningfully to the UK’s net‑zero ambitions.

Our expertise also extends to low‑carbon infrastructure, including the management and design of over 350,000 street lighting assets and the delivery of electric vehicle charging solutions. From energy‑efficient lighting and asset management to public, commercial and large‑scale EV charging, solar and battery systems, our in‑house teams design, install and maintain sustainable infrastructure that supports safer communities, cleaner transport and long‑term environmental benefits.
