We design, engineer and deliver capital projects, solving strategic client challenges and navigating issues. By integrating specialist acquisitions, including BGEN for MEICAT design and build solutions, we offer the widest range of capabilities at a national scale.

While growing our capabilities, we maintain our core strength in managing and renewing existing clients’ physical and digital infrastructure assets. We manage national networks, perform repairs, renew outdated assets, and extend infrastructure lifespans.

Our data insights allow us to optimise asset performance through digital and energy solutions. We create digital twins to model demand, install smart meters to provide data insights, and offer decarbonisation through the specialist acquisition of Agility Eco and Aran, helping clients meet net-zero and environmental regulations.
We operate, secure and assure
We operate and monitor physical and digital networks, delivering operational technology and digital infrastructure solutions through specialist acquisitions such as Telent. Through the integration of Cyro Cyber, we also provide our clients with state-of-theart cyber security through a UK managed Security Operations Centre.
