M Group Services is proud to announce it has been recognised for the third consecutive year as a global ESG leader in the business support services sector by independent risk ratings agency, Sustainalytics.
The Group has achieved an ESG rating of 8.2 out of 100 for its performance between April 2022 and March 2023. This latest rating maintains our position of having a ‘negligible risk’ through direct and indirect operations.
Achievements contributing to this latest rating include:
- Reducing carbon intensity by 16% compared to the previous year, verified to accounting carbon accounting standard ISO 14064.
- Developing partnerships, such as with OCL Regeneration Ltd, to reduce construction waste and support the circular economy.
- Further developing the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion networks across the Group so that our people feel included, supported and able to be themselves.
- Further developing climate related risk governance procedures, and progressing towards a validated Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) carbon reduction target during FY25.
We are committed to maintaining our momentum and continuing our decarbonisation drive to achieve net zero before 2050.
