Norwood Doors
Norwood door sets are suitable for a wide range of applications, including fire doors, security doors, personnel, and acoustic door set options.
Norwood doors are manufactured using high quality steel and can be integrated with various types of walling while offering full flexibility and demountability.
We utilise a 1.2mm gauge mild steel for the leaf and 1.5mm gauge mild steel for the frame. The door set is finished in a high-quality RAL/BS exterior grade polyester coating, applied at 18-20 micron dry film thickness over 4-6 microns of epoxy anti-corrosive prime.
The door width, height and frame thickness are tailormade to customers’ requirements. Ironmongery is applied before delivery to the site to reduce installation and programme. There are various ironmongery packages available manufactured to meet project specifications.
We can design, manufacture and install automated door sets incorporating push buttons, infrared sensors and interlocking systems. We hold an ADSA membership, which promotes the highest standards in automatic doors manufacture. Our in-house ADSA qualified operatives can certify our automatic doors to BS 7036: 1988.

Door Frame
One piece fully welded flush frame, which is manufactured in 1.5mm mild steel
Door Leaves
44mm thick steel leaf with a honeycomb bonded core, fully sealed all round and manufactured in 1.2mm mild steel
Vision Panels
Fully flush double glazed units with either 6.4mm laminated glass or 6mm toughened glass
Finishes
All steel frames and leaves are factory finished in high epoxy polyester powder coating, applied at 18-20 microns dry film thickness over 4-6 microns of anti-corrosive primer as supplied by BASF. The gloss level will be 35% +/- 5% depending on substrate interaction

Class O Spread of Flame (BS: 476-6 & 7).
Single Door – 60/60 min insulation/ integrity (BS476-22)
Double Door – 60/60 min insulation/ integrity (BS476-22)
Sliding Doors
Options of single leaf or bi-parting to provide clear openings of either 900mm or up 2500mm.
