We’re on a journey to lower our carbon footprint, focusing on practical innovations that yield real results.

Our carbon intensity has decreased significantly, from 50 tonnes of CO2e per million pounds of turnover in 2020 to 23 tonnes in 2024.

Initiatives like our Fleet Decarbonisation Strategy and sustainable technologies are changing how we deliver infrastructure services in the UK and Ireland.

Minimising our own footprint

We’re dedicated to cutting direct emissions through systematic changes in our operations. This includes using eco welfare solutions and optimising route planning to reduce our environmental impact.

Our ISO 14001 certified environmental management systems make sure we have strong governance, while adopting Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel and expanding our electric vehicle fleet.

Working with suppliers

It’s essential for us to understand and influence our supply chain’s environmental impact to meet our sustainability goals. We aim to reduce our supply chain carbon intensity by 52% by 2030, collaborating with partners for meaningful improvements.

By using better data analytics and forming strategic partnerships, we’re developing more sustainable procurement practices while maintaining high operational standards.
