Our Awards

For parents and carers

We understand that transitioning from education to work can be a big step for young people. As a parent or carer, you play a crucial role in supporting a young person’s decision and we’re here to help you with all the information you need about our apprenticeship schemes.

An apprenticeship is a fantastic way to combine work with education, providing the opportunity to gain practical experience in a real job while studying for a recognised qualification. They are now available in almost all job roles and range from level 2 (GCSE equivalents) all the way through to level 7 (Masters degree level).

Anyone over 16 years can apply. We’re looking for people with a genuine interest for learning while working.

We celebrate diversity, and champion a friendly, fun and respectful culture. We’re proud to have produced programmes that also focus on behavioural development.

Completing an apprenticeship opens up many opportunities! We recruit apprentices to develop our skilled professionals and managers of the future. At the end of the apprenticeship, individuals may progress in their chosen job role, move into a new role at M Group, or progress to higher or degree apprenticeships.

Absolutely! We really value apprenticeships. They show that an individual has the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be competent in their role.

Definitely not! One of the great things about apprenticeships is that individuals are paid from day one and there is no student debt.

With an apprenticeship there is no glass ceiling with career development. Many of our managers and senior leaders started their career as apprentices.
