Our history

We’re proud of our legacy, track record and how that has equipped us to become the organisation we are today. Our recent history has seen us grow out of Morrison Utility Services and M Group Services, which was formed in 2016. Since then, more than 20 businesses have been acquired. The success and heritage of these brands mean that few are better placed and more committed to deliver an infrastructure that the people, economies and communities of the UK and Ireland need. And the planet deserves. 

It’s our next evolution, and the most exciting. We’re moving forward, stronger together, with our powerful legacy taking us into a new era for infrastructure, as well as for M Group. It’s given us the scale, breadth of capabilities and depth of expertise that mean we can meet the demands of an infrastructure in need of maintenance, renewal and reimagination.

We’re managing our organisation to meet clients’ needs, foster collaboration and share innovation. We’re stronger than ever, and our whole is truly greater than the sum of our parts.
