You are not alone: A poem of hope and recovery…

I am worthy of love and care; my mental health is important and rare. I will not be ashamed to seek help; my mental health is my top shelf.

I am strong and resilient, I can face any challenge, I’m persistent. I will not let my thoughts define me; I am more than my anxiety.

I am brave and courageous, I am facing my fears, I’m not contagious. I will not give up on myself; my mental health is my wealth.
