We are thrilled to announce that we have been re-awarded silver accredited membership as part of The 5% club’s 2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme.

This award highlights our continued commitment to empower our people through ‘earn and learn’ schemes such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes and Sponsored Students Course Placements.

We are proud of our investment in our people, which is why we joined The 5% Club, a dynamic movement of employers inspired to take positive action for increased, inclusive and accessible workplace training for all.

By being part of The 5% Club, we stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible.

The Employer Audit is a unique scheme which validates employers’ activities, explores their future plans and commitments, and examines their approaches to quality, social mobility, diversity and inclusion.

We would also like to celebrate our recently acquired business, BGEN, for independently achieving Gold-accreditation. BGEN has been recognised for its commitment to investing in additional experiential training, welcoming 34 new apprentices and graduates over the past year.

To have been recognised by The 5% Club, highlights our continued commitment to attracting, developing and retaining talent across our Group.
Across the Group, we are proud to currently have 429 individuals completing apprenticeship programmes, with over 65 joining us last September.
