We’re proud to have been recognised as one of the 2025/26 Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers, securing no.30 in the national rankings.

Following our debut entry in the Top 50 Inclusive Employers listing in 2024, we are both delighted and proud to feature again, this time climbing 15 places in the rankings.

This year, we’ve focused on creating opportunities for change within our sector, by taking tangible action:

  • Ally training & network expansion: Our ally training equips our people with the skills to actively support underrepresented colleagues. The formation of our male allies’ group, working alongside our Women’s Network is focused on equal pay and driving greater female representation in STEM careers.
  • Conscious inclusion workshops: Every member of our team has now participated in our conscious inclusion interactive workshops, empowering a culture of psychological safety and wellbeing.
  • ‘Not Cool’ campaign: We continue to champion our ‘Not Cool’ campaign, which empowers our people to speak out against inappropriate or exclusionary behaviours in the workplace.
  • Diverse employee networks: Our expanding range of internal networks now covers women, pride, social mobility, life events, disability and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), in line with M Group’s ENABLE inclusion framework.
  • Championing social recruitment: We proudly recruit ex-offenders and veterans, recently achieving the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group Ambassador Charter Mark.
While we’re immensely proud of the work we are doing in to promote inclusivity within our business and our wider sector, we look forward to continue our exciting further plans that we have for future.
We continue to strive to have an environment which fosters a true sense of belonging and psychological safety every day.”
