We’re proud to announce that we’ve successfully been re-awarded The 5% Club silver membership for the second time.

This award highlights our continued commitment to empower our people through ‘earn and learn’ schemes such as apprenticeships, graduate schemes and sponsored students course placements.

By being part of The 5% Club, we stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible.

The Employer Audit is a unique scheme which validates employers’ activities, explores their future plans and commitments, and examines their approaches to quality, social mobility, diversity and inclusion.

We would also like to celebrate BGEN, a part of M Group, for independently achieving Gold-accreditation.

In 2024/25, over 400 people took part in apprenticeships within our business, with over 40 graduates enrolled into our early career programmes. As we look forward, we’re continuing to support and invest in our people, such as through the launch of our Early Careers Network as well as continue to reshaped our Learning & Development (L&D) approach to make learning more relevant, accessible, and impactful.
